Originally CRT Interiors was a business unit within Con-Restor Technologies, a local Manitoba concrete restoration company owned by Paul and Sherry Phaneuf and became a separate business entity in November 2023. CRT Interiors has grown exponentially since that time, in large part to the hard work, dedication and commitment of the CRT Interiors team.
Chloe Phaneuf, daughter of Paul and Sherry Phaneuf along with her husband Cody Fowlie operate and manage CRT Interiors with the same family values they learned from working in the family business. CRT Interiors has become well known for its commitment to its staff and customers, and dedication to fostering an exceptional reputation built on quality and integrity.

Meet CRT Interiors Manager Ryan Farrow, a local Manitoban family man with years of experience in the interiors trade, and the same focus on quality and high level results as Cody.

Site Supervisor
A good site supervisor like Nick is the backbone of any successful construction project. With over 30 years of experience, Nick brings a strong combination of leadership, organization, and hands-on experience to the jobsite every day.
Nick ensures that the project runs smoothly by coordinating trades, managing timelines, enforcing safety standards, and maintaining clear communication with both the crew and project managers.
Nick’s ability to problem-solve on the fly, stay calm under pressure, and maintain high standards of workmanship sets the tone for the entire team. With a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality, Nick not only keeps the job on track but also earns the respect and trust of everyone on site.
Project Manager – Spray Foam
Brett joined CRT Interiors in 2023 to run the Spray Foam and Attic Insulation Division. He is a certified Spray Foam applicator through the Urethane Foam Consultants (UFC). Before joining CRT, Brett played in the National Hockey League with the Montreal Canadiens, and spent some time in the American Hockey League with Laval, Chicago and Colorado. After retiring from professional hockey, Brett was a Carpenter in Winnipeg for 4 years. His commitment and dedication to providing our clients with the best quality product and service is unmatched. CRT is lucky to have him as a part of our team!
